Through workshops, coaching, education and personalised insight tools, our work helps individuals, educators, parents and leaders build self-awareness, emotional understanding and the confidence to lead themselves with greater intention.

YOU Lab

YOU Lab is a powerful 90-minute interactive experience designed to build self-awareness, emotional intelligence and self-leadership in young people. Grounded in the Y.O.U Framework™ (Your Mind, One Body, Unique Heart), students explore identity, emotions, mindset and decision-making through practical experiments, movement, reflection and discussion. Rather than being told who to be, students are guided to better understand themselves, helping them build confidence, resilience and the ability to navigate life with greater awareness and intention.

YOU: Explorers

YOU: Explorers is a playful, interactive experience designed to help children build self-awareness, emotional confidence and connection through curiosity, movement and imagination. Grounded in the Y.O.U Framework™ (Your Mind, One Body, Unique Heart), children explore their thoughts, emotions, body signals and relationships through storytelling, discussion and hands-on activities. As they begin to better understand themselves, they develop resilience, self-belief, emotional awareness and a stronger sense of belonging within themselves and alongside others.

EdYOUcate

EdYOUcate is an interactive wellbeing and self-leadership experience designed to support educators in understanding themselves through the connection between the mind, body and heart. Grounded in the Y.O.U Framework™ (Your Mind, One Body, Unique Heart), educators explore mindset, emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, energy and identity through practical tools, reflection and discussion. As educators strengthen their connection to themselves, they build greater resilience, self-awareness and wellbeing, creating a positive ripple effect across classrooms, staff culture and school communities.

Meet the Educator behind the dream

The YOU Movement was founded by Liz Farah, an educator, podcast host, identity coach and wellbeing facilitator passionate about helping people better understand themselves through the connection between the mind, body and heart.

With over 15 years of experience across education and wellbeing leadership, Liz blends mindset education, emotional awareness, nervous system understanding and identity-based work to create meaningful and lasting change.

As the creator of the Y.O.U Framework™ and host of MindKind: The Podcast, her work supports people to strengthen self-awareness, resilience, confidence and connection so they can lead themselves with greater intention and authenticity.
